About product warranty

All products sold by ANBEA International are entitled to a two-year warranty.

Please keep the original receipt for the warranty.

 

The two-year warranty is given under the following circumstances:

  • The product is used properly by following the instructions for the installation, use and maintenance;

  • The product is not altered and is completely original.

 

Please note that the warranty is NOT given under the following circumstances:

  • The product is damaged by any accidents or neglgence;

  • The surface of the product is damaged;

  • The product is damaged because of improper use or handling, or circumstances that are outside of the prescribed instructions is not eligible to the warrantly.

When the digital panel does not respond and I cannot open the safe...

Please change the battry and then open the safe as usual. If the battery box is inside the safe, please open the safe by the back-up key. Note that some models require the use of both the main key and back-up key, or in other models, connect the back-up battery box in order to supply electric current to the digital panle to enable the normal opening of the safe.

When the key cannot be inserted easily to the key hole...

Lubricate the key or the key hole with some lubricant (e.g., WD-40).

When the passcode is correct but the key can turn only slighly...

Please input the passcode again in a slow manner.

When you forget the default passcode and cannot open the safe...

After entering the correct passcode but the safe still cannot be opened...

Try to change the batteries. In most circumstances, the problem is caused by a failure of power supply so the bolt cannot be pushed. Lithium batteries are recommended.

I lost the key of the safe and cannot open it...

Please open the safe by the back-up key. As the safes are products of extremely high security, the lost key cannot be duplicated. If you wish to buy the key again, please call us at 2690 0221 during office hours or leave us a message after office hours.

If where I live cannot be reached directly by a lift, am I charged additionally for the delivery?

Under most circumstances, our delivey is free of charge. In the event that the consignee address cannot be reached directly by a lift, we will charge a reasonable fee for the extra transportation needed.
